These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.zenovalens.com (the “Site”), operated by Zenova Optical Ltd. (“Zenova”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) together with its authorised distributor for the State of Kuwait. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, including Law No. 20 of 2014 Concerning Electronic Transactions, which gives electronic records, communications, and signatures made through the Site the same legal effect as their written equivalents.
Nature of This Site
The Site is an informational and marketing resource for the Zenova range of ophthalmic lenses. It is not an online store: the Site does not process orders, sales, or payments, and Zenova lenses are dispensed exclusively by authorised, independent opticians following a professional eye examination.
Product, technology, and pricing information on the Site is provided for general guidance and may vary by market, optician, and prescription. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer for sale.
Eligibility
You may use the Site only if you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of Kuwait or your jurisdiction of residence. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Electronic Communications
By submitting the contact form, subscribing to communications, or otherwise interacting with the Site, you consent to communicate with us electronically and agree that such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications of this kind be in writing, in accordance with Law No. 20 of 2014 Concerning Electronic Transactions.
The Lens Selector
The Lens Selector is a guided questionnaire that provides general suggestions based on the answers you give. It is provided for informational purposes only, does not constitute a professional eye examination, clinical diagnosis, or prescription, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified optician or ophthalmologist.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the Zenova name and logo, lens technology names, product designs, imagery, text, and the layout and design of the Site — is the property of Zenova Optical Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or any applicable law of Kuwait;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;

Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
