Move your head, not just your eyes
Point your nose at what you want to see. The clear corridor runs down the centre of the lens — turning your head keeps you in it.
Find your zones
Look straight ahead for distance, slightly down for screens, and further down for reading. Within days your eyes learn it automatically.
Wear them full-time at first
Consistency speeds adaptation. Switching back to old glasses restarts the learning curve.
Start with a forgiving design
Momentum and Flow have gentle corridors made for first-time wearers. You can step up to Royal or Pinnacle later.
